After choose the proposal project, I have got some useful suggestion from tutor Robert:
1 List out all the steps of the project through the whole semester;
2 Try to get famous architects or large scale building as clients to accomplish a challenge project.

Get building (client)
Get plan
Draw 2D plan (If no plan available)
Laser Cutting drawing
Get laser cutting model
View building/site
Make model in ArchiCAD/Revit
Make 3D environment in CryEngine
Enhance the model in CryEngine to get HQ rendering image/video
Make Build AR maker/import model to Build AR
Put maker pieces on physical (laser cutting) model
Test the physical model (with Build AR maker)
Conclusion Report
